The erectile tissues of the urogenital triangle are overlain by the following perineal muscles:

Perineal muscles
Add the ischiocavernosus muscles, which cover the corpus cavernosa. These erectile bodies converge at the midline to form the glans clitoris.
Add the bulbospongiosus muscles, which cover and surround the remaining components of the vestibule.

Note that the urethral orifice  lies just posterior to the glans clitoris. This anatomical relationship is a key landmark during urinary catheterization in female patients.

Add the external anal sphincter.
