Where would you place the needle for a pudendal nerve block (for pain control)? |
|
TThe needle is typically inserted medial to the ischial spine, often using a transvaginal or transperineal approach. This targets the pudendal nerve as it wraps around the ischial spine before entering the pudendal canal. Rotate the cadaver so you can visualize this anatomy. |
