CASE REPORT:

21 y/o female soccer player complains of pain, tightness, cramping, and muscle weakness deep to her calf. Additionally, she complains of numbness and tingling in the bottom of her foot. The symptoms typically present 30- 45 minutes into her game or practice. Symptoms subside after she ceases running. She denies any specific injury and her history is negative regarding other right lower limb or back injuries.
