Add the right septal papillary muscle.
Add the chordae tendineae of the right ventricle. These fibrous cords anchor the tricuspid valve cusps to the papillary muscles.
Add the right anterior papillary muscle.
Add the trabeculae carneae of the right ventricle. These are the irregular muscular ridges lining the inner surface of the ventricular wall.
Add the myocardium of the right ventricle, representing the thick muscular layer responsible for ventricular contraction.
