Using the table controls (zoom, rotate), follow the path of endotracheal intubation of this cadaver.

Since the epiglottis will cover the larynx, use the Dissect tool to disect the epiglottis and the hyo-epiglotic ligament away when you reach the posterior pharynx. This would be equivalent to lifting the posterior tongue with the blade of the laryngoscope during endotracheal intubation.

Compare the labeled structures in the picture below with the anatomical rendering. The epiglottis is removed because post mortum, the epiglottis closes over the airway.
