Add the dorsal artery of the penis, which is a terminal branch of the internal pudendal artery. This artery runs along the dorsum of the penis and supplies the skin, glans, and erectile tissues.

Note that anatomical position for the penis is in the erect position!  

Add the bulbospongiosis muscle. This muscle covers the bulb of the penis and assists in emptying the urethra and maintaining erection by retarding venous return.      
Add the bulb of the penis, This is the proximal expansion of the corpus spongiosum, located in the root of the penis.
Add the corpus spongiosum, which is a single midline erectile body surrounding the spongy (penile) urethra and expands distally to form the glans penis.
Add the corpus cavernosa, which are paired erectile bodies dorsally situated and contributing to erection.
Add the glans penis, the expanded distal end of the corpus spongiosum and contains the external urethral meatus (orifice).
