The oval window connects to the vestibule which in turn connects with the scala vestibuli.

The round window connects with the scala tympani.

The two scala twist with the cochlear duct in 2 and 3/4 turns within the boney labrynth to form a pyramid like structure and the two scala connect at the top of the pyramid.

The cochlear nerve connects with the cochlear duct sensors to provide the nevous impulses that cause hearing to occur.
