Begin with the foot.

Indentify the following:

Calcaneus

Talus

Navicular

Cuboid

Lateral Cuneiform

Intermediate Cuneiform

Medial Cuneiform

Subtalar Joint: The talus with the calcaneous (posteriorly)

Transverse tarsal joint: The calcaneous with the cuboid on the lateral side and the talus with the navicular on the medial side. The two joints form an "s" curve allowing a multitude of motions.

Groove for the Flexor Hallucis Longus Tendon

Metatarsals

Proximal Phalanges(IP) joints.

Distal Phalanges

Metatarsal Phalangeal (MP) and Inter-Phalangeal (IP) joints.
