Start with the right lung.

With each lobe highlighted, rotate the lung to identify the oblique and horizontal fissures that separate the lobes, and note their spatial orientation relative to the major mediastinal structures.
Add the superior lobe of the right lung. The apex of this lobe extends above the level of the first rib. Demonstrate this by adding the first rib to the 3D model.
Add the middle lobe of the right lung.
Add the inferior lobe of the right lung.

Knowing the positions of the superior, middle and inferior lobes of the right lung, where would you place your stethoscope to best hear breath sounds from each lobe?
