Add the coronary sinus.

Into what chamber of the heart does the coronary sinus empty?

Add the middle cardiac vein, which runs alongside the posterior interventricular artery and drains into the coronary sinus.
Add the great cardiac vein, which accompanies the left interventricular artery (or LAD) and drains into the coronary sinus.
Add the small cardiac vein, which runs along the right coronary artery and also drains into the right atrium, either directly or via the coronary sinus.
